As long as proper maintenance is in play, Della's mini split air conditioning system's capacity to operate reliably at temperatures up to 122°F suggests they are engineered for consistent performance even under harsh hot conditions.
Turbo mode
All Della mini splits have a turbo mode. Della claims the turbo mode on its mini splits increases cooling power by 40% and reduces startup by 33%.
From my assessments, the turbo mode increased the fan speed to accelerate the cooling and heating process.
